Associate Lawyer - Corporate M&A

We are hiring for our client, one of Ireland’s leading law firms, who are seeking an Associate Lawyer specialising in Corporate M&A. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven legal professional with 2-4 years’ PQE to join a dynamic and highly regarded Corporate M&A team in Dublin. You will work on high-value, cross-border transactions and collaborate with industry-leading partners, gaining exposure to major clients and complex deals.

The Role:

  • Advise on and manage complex M&A transactions from inception to completion

  • Work closely with senior partners and clients on strategic corporate deals, including joint ventures, reorganisations, and cross-border matters

  • Draft and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial agreements

  • Conduct due diligence and assist clients with regulatory compliance and governance matters

  • Provide legal expertise to support clients across a range of industries

The Person:

  • Qualified Lawyer with 2-4 years’ PQE in Corporate Law (M&A experience essential)

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail

  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and client-focused approach

  • Previous experience within a leading law firm or corporate team is desirable
