Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Human Resources, will be a key executive, leading and developing the organization's people strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving talent management to support business objectives.
The Vice President of Human Resources provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organizations HR operations and will lead a team that drives Human Resources programs and best practices, including employee engagement and satisfaction, identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals, performance management, employee relations, compensation analysis and competitive benefit programs. The VP is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant HR policies.
