Wright Technical Service is currently supporting an exciting opportunity for a top client in the marking equipment industry. Our client, a leading manufacturer of permanent marking solutions, is looking for enthusiastic sales representatives to join their expanding team. They are dedicated to serving various sectors, including automotive, aerospace, energy, defense, oil & gas, and metalworking on a global scale.

 

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. This position entails both inside and outside sales, and you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks:

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Delivering world-class customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

- Supporting our existing customers by identifying opportunities for repeat orders.

- Developing and presenting tailored estimates and bids to meet customer needs.

- Addressing inquiries regarding products, warranties, pricing, availability, and applications.

- Conducting on-site product demonstrations and providing after-sale training when needed.

- Presenting product samples and brochures to prospective customers.

- Actively pursuing new business opportunities in a competitive environment through research, client visits, and phone outreach.

- Networking with integrators and machine builders to cultivate sales partnerships.

- Representing the company at trade shows and industry conferences.

 

Requirements:

 

- A dedicated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

- A highly motivated individual with excellent organizational abilities and a strong work ethic.

- Proficient time-management skills to efficiently handle all responsibilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in presentations.

- Exceptional multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications, with some ERP experience preferred.

- Willingness to travel overnight and engage in significant phone work.

 

Qualifications:

 

- 5 to 7 years of proven technical sales experience, particularly in Production or Automation Equipment Sales.

- A college degree in Business or Engineering is required.

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
