Role Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring our valued clients receive world class service with your experience in property management, understating of effective management and unparalleled professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of around 100 properties with admin support.
- Ensure that we have a fun and vibrant office environment.
- Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to company policies across your portfolio.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in Property Management required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- A valid Property Management registration in WA.
- Knowledge of the Perth real estate market.
- High performer who is self-motivated and goal orientated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required and experience with Property Tree is highly regarded.
- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
