GardaWorld has an exciting opportunity to join its Legal Department. We are looking for a talented Employment Litigation Paralegal to manage projects and coordinate litigation matters. This role will work closely with members of the Employment Litigation Team on employment law, pre-litigation, litigation, and administrative matters, as well as internal employment projects. The ideal candidate will exhibit the ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality, organization, attention to detail, initiative, autonomy, and judgment, as well as an ability to effectively prioritize workflow and execute assignments. This is a dynamic role that requires responsiveness and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
