The Executive Recruiter is a pivotal, high-impact leader within the AMN Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for driving the organization’s ability to attract and secure outstanding executive talent. This highly strategic role demands a visionary approach to executive search, talent mapping, and relationship building at the highest levels. The Executive Recruiter must possess an outstanding track record in identifying, engaging, and hiring transformational leaders who will craft the future of AMN Healthcare.

Operating as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and senior leadership, this role requires unparalleled expertise in executive search methodologies, outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. The Executive Recruiter will proactively cultivate pipelines of elite executive talent, ensuring that AMN remains ahead of the curve in securing outstanding leadership at critical moments. Additionally, when capacity allows, this role will extend its expertise to managerial and professional-level searches to further strengthen the organization’s talent bench.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and implement forward-thinking executive search strategies to attract top-tier leadership talent.
  • Eye For Business in understanding each division’s core service offerings at critical initiatives along with the overall vision of AMN.
  • Leverage elite sourcing methodologies, including direct engagement, strategic networking, and industry intelligence, to identify and cultivate relationships with world-class executive candidates.
  • Assess and secure high-impact leaders through thorough evaluations, including in-depth interviews, reference assessments, and culture-fit analysis.
  • Advise and collaborate with senior executives and hiring managers to define leadership needs and align talent strategies with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with Compensation to craft compelling, driven, and strategic executive offer packages.
  • Provide data-driven insights on talent trends, competitor landscapes, and market intelligence to advise hiring strategies.
  • Enhance AMN Healthcare’s executive employer brand, positioning the company as a top destination for extraordinary leadership talent.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion to ensure the attraction and hiring of a diverse, high-caliber executive team.
  • Preparation of candidates for leader interviews by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectations.
  • Continuously refine and optimize executive search processes, enhancing efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate recruitment policies.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 8+ years of executive recruiting experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 14+ years of executive recruiting experience

Additional Experience

  • Experience in executive recruitment and sourcing, including experience working in an executive search environment or in-house executive recrutiment environment

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

    Pay Rate

    $117,500 - $139,500 Salary

    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
